LIL' WAYNE IN BRUSSELS
Lil Wayne, the artist with multi-platinum and Grammy Award winner, has decided to move their European tour along with Mac Miller to enable it to finalize the release of his tenth album in the best possible conditions. Forest National concert originally scheduled on March 25, the date was postponed to Thursday, October 17.
The American star said: "I reject my European tour in order to better prepare for the worldwide release of my new album" I Am Not A Human Being II "scheduled for March 26. I prefer not to upset both the release of my album, my tour. It is therefore against heart that I decided to reschedule my tour in October 2013. I can not thank my European fans enough for their patience and understanding. I very much look forward to coming to play in Europe with Mac Miller in the fall. I refuse to do things by halves and promise to all my fans for their book an unforgettable sight. '

Over the past two years the number of companies and organisations seeking approval to install security cameras has tripled in Belgium. The number of new cameras that this entails could be massive.
Belgium is following the UK trend of seeing security cameras mushrooming wherever you go both in public places and the company workplace.
The number of official applications for CCTV has increased from 6,552 in 2010 to 18,041 last year. The requests are coming from municipalities, companies, small businesses or shops. And any single application approved for a location can result in dozens of new cameras on the same site.
Belgium's Privacy Commission fears that the soaring number of closed circuit security systems could harm people's privacy. The Commission complains that there is still a grey zone where legislation is concerned, and is talking about illegal practices. The Commission claims that some companies officially install security cameras to catch possible thieves, while in fact they are using it to spy on their own employees.
Recently, the trade union members of ArcelorMittal claimed that their conversations had been taped by the management through security cameras. Police are also claimed to be abussing the system.
